Privacy Policy

GameSkillPro offers free technical courses in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing,
along with a mobile simulation app. This policy explains what data we handle, why,
and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- If you do not create an account: nothing that identifies you. You can read every course and lesson without signing up.
- If you create an account: your name, your nickname, and your email address. Your password is never stored as plain text, only as an irreversible cryptographic hash.
- Your progress: which lessons you opened, which you completed, and when, so you can pick up where you left off.
- Technical security data: we temporarily store your IP address to rate-limit sign-in attempts and stop automated attacks. It expires on its own shortly after.
Why we use it
Only to run the service: keep your session, save your progress, send your
verification or password-reset email, and protect the platform.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We do not build
advertising profiles about you.
Third parties involved
- Google reCAPTCHA on the sign-up and password-reset forms, to tell people from bots. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Amazon: the Tools section uses affiliate links. If you buy through them, Amazon may set its own cookies. As an Amazon Associate, GameSkillPro earns from qualifying purchases.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site database.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. If you delete it, we permanently remove your
profile and your progress.
How to delete your account and data
Sign in and use the Delete account option. Deletion is immediate
and permanent: your name, nickname, email, and all your progress are removed.
You can also request it by writing to info@gameskillpro.com.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or object to the processing of your data by
writing to info@gameskillpro.com. We answer within 30 days at most.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant
changes, email registered accounts.
